Kumar Abinash
Kumar is an Ayurvedic Practitioner with over three years of dedicated study and hands-on experience in ayurveda and jyotish sciences. Rooted in a lineage of Ayurvedic vaidyas from eastern India, he carries forward a family tradition spanning more than a century; his grandfather was a renowned vaidya, and many in his lineage have devoted their lives to the practice of Ayurveda.
A major turning point in Kumar’s journey came through studying Ayurveda under the legendary Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute, an experience that deepened his understanding of mind-body balance and holistic healing. He further enriched his practice by completing 18 months of intensive training in Jyotisha (Vedic astrology) under renowned astrologer Penny Farrow, founder of Cosmic Kaleidoscope.
Kumar’s work integrates modern medical insights with the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Vedic astrology to create highly personalized healing journeys that address the root causes of imbalance rather than just symptoms. He is committed to ongoing education in these disciplines, continually refining his skills so that clients receive the most current, nuanced, and effective support on their path toward optimal health, self-discovery, and purposeful living.
