Terms & Policies
Ayurveda is an ancient, holistic health system that emphasizes the individual's constitution, determined by the ratio of elements and qualities expressed. By achieving balance among these elements and qualities from an individual perspective, we aim to support the vitality of the body, mind, and spirit. During the consultation, the practitioner will commence with an assessment of your constitution, current imbalances, and concerns, prior to exploring your health history, including sleep, exercise, and diet. Subsequently, the practitioner will compile their findings and provide education to support your goals and address your concerns. This education encompasses, but is not limited to: diet, exercise, habits, lifestyle, meditation, breathing practices, and other practices, as deemed appropriate. While your practitioner may take your pulse, examine your blood pressure, and perform other techniques analogous to routine medical examinations, these observations are conducted solely from an Ayurvedic perspective, rather than a Western medical perspective.
