Based in one of the most ancient sacred music traditions Kirtan is call-and-response chanting of sacred song and mantra performed in India's bhakti path of yoga, also called the Yoga of the Heart.
Join us for this soulful beautiful practice of live music, sacred song, chant & mantra that transcends boundaries, uplifts the heart and brings us all together in harmony. Whether you are new to kirtan or a seasoned practitioner we invite you to join us on this journey of the heart, to pause and immerse yourself in the transformative power of collective chanting. Born & raised in India, Aparna has been singing Kirtan all her life. She sings and plays both traditional chants from India as well as her own compositions in various languages. Between each chant she enjoys sharing mystical poetry from the sacred voices of the East & the West.
