Part 3: The Postpartum Sacred Window

In this series, you’ll learn how to:

  • Support your body through each stage of pregnancy

  • Understand pregnancy and postpartum through an Ayurvedic lens

  • Nourish yourself with simple foods and spices

  • Use simple Ayurvedic home remedies for common pregnancy discomforts

  • Prepare for a more supported & restorative postpartum

  • Care for the nervous system during this transformative time
