Luscha Weeks

Luscha Weeks (AP) is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC in New Mexico and LCMHC in North Carolina) with a master’s degree from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM (2004). She is a graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute’s ASP 1 and 2 programs as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, and has also studied the Jyotish Trilogy (Vedic Astrology) with Hart deFouw.

Since joining the Ayurvedic Institute in 1995, Luscha has served in various roles, including 16 years as a therapist in the Pancha Karma clinic. Since 2018, she has offered online student counseling and mindfulness coaching for the Institute.

In her full-time private practice in Albuquerque, NM, Luscha integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. Her approach blends psychological insight with mindfulness and Ayurvedic principles to support deep personal healing and growth.
