Luscha Weeks

Luscha Weeks (AP) is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC in New Mexico and LCMHC in North Carolina) with a master’s degree from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM (2004). She is a graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute’s ASP 1 and 2 programs and has also studied the Jyotish Trilogy (Vedic Astrology) with Hart deFouw.

Since joining the Ayurvedic Institute in 1995, Luscha has served in various roles, including 16 years as a therapist in the Pancha Karma clinic. Since 2018, she has offered online student counseling and mindfulness coaching for the Institute.

In her full-time private practice in Albuquerque, NM, Luscha integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. Her approach blends psychological insight with mindfulness and Ayurvedic principles to support deep personal healing and growth.
