Trevor Capra

Trevor Capra (AHC, 200eRYT) is the Director of Operations at the Ayurvedic Community Wellness Center. He is an Ayurvedic health consultant, specializing in diet and lifestyle as well as Reiki. He graduated from the Ayurvedic Institute in 2021 while the school was in Albuquerque, NM. He continued being involved in the world of Ayurveda, working for The Ayurvedic Institute as support for the student clinic and education department. He also supported Dr. Vasant Lad with tech during his virtual consultations. During this time, Trevor continued to explore the body-mind connection completing an Ayuryoga 200hr Teacher training with the Ayurvedic Institute. He completed a year of studying Jyotisha under Steven Highburger and continuing to study with Penny Farrow in the Cosmic Kaleidoscope, completing the basic series. He started practicing Reiki in March of 2023 and completed his Reiki Master training under William Lee Rand, the founder and president of The International Center for Reiki Training a year later.

Trevor is also a competitive runner who worked at the Olympic Training Center in 2025 in Colorado Springs before returning to the land of Enchantment. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking as well as being involved with the local running group, Dukes Track Club. As a competitive runner, Trevor understands the importance of a structured daily routine and a balanced lifestyle.
