Introduction to Mindfulness (March 20th 7-8pm)

This four-week, free introductory series to mindfulness meets on Friday nights in March and offers a foundational exploration of mindfulness practice. Participants will learn to bring awareness inward through meditation, cultivate acceptance, and practice welcoming all experiences with a non-judgmental attitude. The series will also introduce Metta (loving-kindness) practice and explore the first two Noble Truths, providing a supportive framework for understanding mindfulness and the nature of human experience. It is recommended to attend all four classes. Presented by Luscha Weeks.
